Fredrick M. Vega, DDS - Founder / President
Dr. Vega, AKA, “Dr. Rick” is a native of Grand Rapids Michigan. His passion for dentistry started while working as a dental assistant serving active duty military in the U.S. Air Force. This led him to attend the University of Michigan, where he earned both his B.S. degree and his D.D.S. degree. For more than 29 years, Dr. Rick has been providing comprehensive family dental care in Allenstown, Hooksett, Northwood and Pittsfield New Hampshire.
What Dr. Rick enjoys most is catering to and treating the “COWARD” patient; hence our motto " We Cater to Cowards ".
Dr. Rick strives to provide optimum care through the most up-to-date treatment options. Embracing new techniques and technologies that enhance traditional dental methods; this allows his patients to make informed decisions on the direction of their care. He has expanded studies in Orthodontics, Dental Sleep Medicine and as well as Temporomandibular ( TMJ ) Disorders. He continues to attend postgraduate seminars throughtout the United States relative to these and other dental specialties allowing him to provide a broader base of dental care.
Dr. Rick is a current member of the International Association of Orthodontics, The American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine and The American Association of Cranial Facial Pain.
Dr. Rick is married with six grown children, three beautiful grandchildren, and a very special niece. He enjoys spending time with his family at Volcanic Wings at the Ocean Deck listening to Caribbean Posse and sailing. He also enjoys supporting and implementing the development of youth athletic programs, especially hockey, encouraging America's youth to be the best they can be through academics and athletics.
And of course, being a University of Michigan Alumni, Dr. Rick is a very strong supporter of all that is Maize and Blue, U of M Football, Hockey and the phrase " Go Blue".

Dr. Jacqueline Cash, D.M.D, C.R.T., M.S.
Dr. Cash was born and raised in New Jersey. She moved to New Hampshire almost 3 years ago and is currently living in Manchester with her dog "Charlie".
She loves outdoor and indoor sports, especially biking, running, swimming and competes in triathlons across New England during the spring and summer seasons.
In our Northwood office, Dr Cash provides all aspects of dentistry, from fillings, dentures and crowns to periodontal therapy, dental implants and 3rd molar extractions.
She attended dental school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Following dental school, she completed a three-year residency in Periodontal Medicine receiving her specialty in Periodontics. She also received her Masters in Dental Medicine from UMDNJ.
Dr. Cash offers Sedation Dentistry to all of our patients. Oral Sedation is an excellent way to achieve the smile you have always wanted in the most comfortable, anxiety-free way possible. At Northwood Family Dental Center, we understand there are many patients whose fear of dental treatment has kept them from getting the healthy, beautiful smile they deserve. It is for these many patients, we have added this wonderful treatment option.

Dr. Franco Liberatore, D.M.D.
Dr. Franco Liberatore was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. He received his Bachelor's in Biology from St. John's University in 1990. Dr. Liberatore received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1994. He completed his residency at SUNY Stony Brook Long Island. Dr. Liberatore has learned many of the latest techniques and is educated in the latest materials and technology including CAD/CAM dentistry.
Dr. Liberatore also graduated from the world-renowed and well-known advanced dental education center, The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies. He began practicing in New York in 1995 until about 2002. At this time, he decided to move to Italy where he practiced until the Spring of 2010. Dr. Liberatore has now returned to practice in New Hampshire.
Dr. Liberatore is certified for intravenous conscious sedation as well as Oral Conscious Sedation. He focuses on the repair of worn dentition, esthetic dentistry, and TMJ. This ensures that he can offer the best dentistry that is available. Dr Liberatore also practices general dentistry and believes that prevention of disease is the best service that he could ever provide to patients.

Dr Deborah Varney, D.M.D
Dr. Deborah Varney is a native of New Hampshire. Even with it's unpredictable weather, she is a big believer in the need for snow at Christmas, and there is no other place she would rather call home. In pursuit of her education she was led to American International College in Springfield, MA where she received her B.S. degree. She furthered her education and received her D.M.D. from the University of Connecticut which was followed by a residency in a general dental practice in Waterbury, CT.
Dr. Varney is currently practicing in Pittsfield, NH and is loving the community. The community itself and the patients have made her feel very welcome, and proud to be a part of their town. She strives to make each one of her patients feel comfortable, informed and included in all treatment options. With each new day comes new adventures, new challenges and new experiences. No day is ever the same. She treats all patients, young and young at heart, and always does her best to have a gentle touch for all that come in for treatment.
Dr. Varney is married and has two beautiful children which she proudly displays for all patients to see. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and loves gardening both indoors and out. She also dabbles in small craft projects and enjoys cross-stitching when there is time.
